A native of New Orleans, Rev. Carroll Devine is aware of the romantic, hospitable, celebratory nature of her city. Carroll, like the city, welcomes and rejoices with couples who want to join their lives and dreams together in whatever type of ceremony best suits them.                                                                       
Having lived, studied and taught in countries around the world, Carroll is a student of many cultural traditions and spiritual teachings. She studied yoga and relaxation in India, and taught both for twenty years. She brings to marriage ceremonies some of the fruits of that study and teaching – joy, serenity, and, a belief in love above all.
